I’ve had such a great experience at The Laser Room Med Spa and highly recommend them. I go to Jordan for laser hair removal and facials, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions while making me feel comfortable throughout every appointment. My results have been great, and my skin always feels incredible after treatments. The space is welcoming and relaxing, and Elizabeth is also so sweet and friendly, she truly makes you feel right at home. Such a great place with amazing people and services!
I’ve been receiving laser hair removal treatments at the laser room and med spa with Jordan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Jordan is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. From the very first appointment, she took the time to walk me through every step of the process, what do we expect before, during, and after each session. Before starting any treatment, Jordan always checks in thoroughly to ensure everything is on track and then I’m comfortable moving forward. During the procedure, she consistently checks in to make sure I’m doing OK and makes any necessary adjustments to keep things as comfortable as possible. After each session, she goes over what to expect in terms of results and healing, gives clear aftercare instructions, and we always end with a plan for the next appointment. Her attention to detail and genuine care make the entire experience feel safe and personalized. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend Jordan at the laser room and med spa. You’ll be in the best hands.
I had an amazing experience at The Laser Room today! When I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful, clean, and professional the space is. I came in for the Head Spa, and it exceeded all my expectations—it was so much more than I anticipated! The treatment felt like a full-body relaxation experience, and my hair has never felt so soft and clean. Sophie was fantastic; she took the time to explain all the benefits and helped me understand the importance of scalp care. She even gave me helpful tips to continue the care at home. I’ll definitely be back for another treatment! Highly recommend!
I have been doing Botox in my masseter muscle for just a few months to help with my jaw clenching/grinding issue. Paula was very honest and straight forward with me at my initial appointment, letting me know I did not need to do it on both sides so why pay for that too. My pockets appreciate that. She helped calm my nerves by sharing her expansive knowledge with me. It is always a pleasant visit. The space is very clean and welcoming, all staff have been lovely to speak with. I highly suggest checking them out!
