Very disappointing experience. No intake paperwork or consent process was done before my Botox treatment, and I was not given time to properly ask questions. The appointment felt rushed, with the provider moving quickly between rooms. There was also no proper documentation of my treatment. I was left with noticeable bruising and felt the overall care and communication were unprofessional for a medical procedure. I expected much higher standards of safety and organization.

Rania was amazing! She made the whole experience so comfortable, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. It’s been five days now, and my face looks great—very natural and refreshed. I had a bad experience at another place over a year ago. The Botox injections were painful, and the results didn’t look good, which made me nervous to try again. But with Nurse Rania, everything was completely different. She was professional, gentle, and very quick. I’m so glad I gave it another chance.
