Brought my daughter here on her 30th bday, to start her day. Location is beautiful. Veronica did a great job with my daughter's massage and experience. Veronica was very welcoming and nice. The only issue we had was with the front desk receptionist, she lack professionalism, not friendly or welcoming and had a dry, flat affect. When checking out I gave her my card to pay in her hand and in return she placed my card on the counter instead of back in my hand. For a spa of this magnitude you definitely want your customers/patients to feel welcomed when entering the building and she is the first person you come in contact with during your visit. Veronica on the other hand even made sure my daughter received a gift since it was her birthday before she left.
Had the Diamond Glow facial a couple of times and enjoy it every time! Such a relaxing facial and leaves my skin glowing. Sarrah is the best!
