What impressed me most was that Dr. Naderi never tried to sell me procedures—I chose him because he told me what I didn't need just as much as what I did. His honesty, confidence, attention to detail, and genuine passion for his work immediately set him apart. One of my biggest fears was looking like a different person. I wanted to look refreshed—not "worked on." Even with swelling still present, I already look like me... only better. Friends and family have commented on how natural my results look, which is exactly what I hoped for. My surgery included work that many surgeons either won't perform or have limited experience with. Dr. Naderi even told me my submandibular glands were among the largest he had ever treated, yet he approached my case with complete confidence and incredible skill. My recovery has been remarkably smooth, with very little pain, and my results continue to improve every day. I also want to recognize the outstanding team that supports Dr. Naderi. Mary and Sarah at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They are warm, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Every phone call, every question, and every visit has been handled with kindness and respect. I was honestly surprised to read a negative review about Mary because my experience has been the complete opposite. She has been consistently compassionate, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from day one. As someone who researched extensively before making this decision, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Naderi exceeded every expectation. I can’t say enough about Dr. Naderi and his entire staff! My daughter and I both had rhinoplasties at the Naderi Center and have recommended friends that had procedures completed and are happy as well. As for our experience, my daughter had her rhinoplasty procedure first( shocker?) This is after I hedged for over 15 years with a horrible nose and hated my side profile She had a crooked nose, septum issues, she truly was miserable and couldn't even breathe. After seeing " Miss I can't even handle a shot" recover so quickly I booked immediately! SOLD! Honestly, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone at the office was super friendly, and the entire process was a breezed. Dr. Naderi really took the time to listen to us, answer all our questions, and explain the whole process in a way that made us feel comfortable. We never felt rushed, and it was obvious that they cared about getting things just right for both of us. Of course, afterwards, they always accommodated us as a duo. I do want to note, I know everyone heals differently and may experience healing , bruising, and recovery differently than my daughter and I. This is "our experience" and my review based on that. We followed Dr. Naderi's instructions verbatim . My daughter even drank straight pineapple juice which was entertaining. He truly is the NOSEMAN! He listens, I see his professionalism and dedication to the art. BOSS STATUS! The before-and-after results at six months post-op are identical. It's never too late to pull that face card -lol. The results? Speak for themselves We’re both thrilled with how everything turned out. It still has not been a year and everyday our noses " cutesie" (IYKYK) If you’re thinking about a nose job (or honestly, any procedure), I highly recommend Dr. Naderi and their amazing team. My daughter and I are both so glad we chose them!

When my 16 year old daughter expressed her desire to have a rhinoplasty, I knew exactly who i wanted her to see. I myself had been researching the best surgeon who specializes in noses for some time. After much research, we were really excited to see Dr. Naderi. His Reston facility is absolutely beautiful. Staff was extremely welcoming. The whole process from consultation, surgery and cast removal just this past week was seamless, positive and 5 stars 10x over. My daughter’s nose is still so new and still has healing and settling to do but wow! Already so cute and everything she wanted. Dr. Naderi listened to her concerns and wants and balanced that with reasonable expectations based upon her anatomy. He is the Nose Man! We are excited to continue to watch the healing process and know it will just keep getting better and better. The battling of DC/northern Va traffic from Baltimore is totally worth it! Can’t wait for my turn!

I don’t normally write reviews this long, but this surgery has had a real impact on my life. If you’re considering a septorhinoplasty and trying to figure out whether Dr. Naderi is the right surgeon, I want to give you the full picture, because I spent a lot of time reading reviews like this before I made my decision. Some backstory on why I was there in the first place: I’ve dealt with obstructive sleep apnea my entire life. Years ago, I had reconstructive jaw surgery to help correct it, and that gave me back my ability to breathe through my mouth. But my nose never really came along with it. I could never fully breathe through my nose, and on top of that, there were features I’d been quietly self-conscious about for a long time. What I wanted from this surgery was functional first. I wanted to breathe. But I also wanted it to look like it belonged on my face, without looking overdone. I wanted it to look like I was born with it. I didn’t want to lose the features I already had. I just wanted my nose to look better while still feeling like me. Dr. Naderi did an amazing job. He has an eye for preserving what makes your face yours while still making a real improvement. One of the best decisions I made was giving him the reins. I didn’t come in with a long list of specific requests. I told him what I wanted at a high level and trusted his eye. Looking back, I think that’s a big part of why the result feels so natural. I also didn’t have any sort of identity crisis after the cast came off. I still looked like myself, just better. The care around the surgery was very thorough. The protocol the office has you follow leading up to surgery clearly exists to help you heal as cleanly as possible. In my initial consult, Dr. Naderi asked a ton of pointed questions to understand my full medical history and minimize risk going in. The functional results have been huge for me. My breathing opened up immediately, but what really surprised me was how much my sense of smell improved, and with it, my sense of taste. Food just tastes so much better now. The first time I really noticed it, I had to stop for a second because I hadn’t realized how much I’d been missing. I also noticed that Dr. Naderi takes real pride in his work. You can see it when the cast comes off. He is genuinely invested in how it turned out, and he treats the result like something he personally stands behind. One additional thing I wanted to mention is that I bruise easily, so I ended up with some residual bruising on my cheeks. Completely unprompted and at no charge, the office offered me a laser treatment to help clear it up. I didn’t ask for that. They just offered. That really stood out to me and made me feel very taken care of. If you’re considering this surgery, my honest advice is to trust your gut and don’t be afraid of losing the functional parts of your nose. Dr. Naderi is going to protect those at every step. You might even be surprised by how much better it can get. It’s only been a few weeks for me, and I’m already very glad I did it.
