I have been going to Tiam Medspa for full body laser hair removal and I absolutely love it! I have had a bad experience with laser at a different place before so I was hesitant to try again since my skin is very sensitive but the staff is very knowledgeable and make sure to go over everything before beginning with you. I have never had an issue here and the results have been so amazing!! I love the owner Tiam, she is so sweet and the only person I would ever trust with anything skin related. She recommended Aerolase for my skin and it was such a great decision! I have already noticed a difference in my overall redness and pores in my T-Zone. This is something I can’t wait to continue doing so I can see how my skin improves over time! It is always great being back at the spa, the entire staff is so sweet and welcoming every time. I highly recommend going here!
I’ve had a really positive experience with Tiam at Tiam MedSpa and wanted to share it for anyone considering laser hair removal (LHR). I purchased an LHR package last fall, and I truly believe laser hair removal can be life-changing, especially if you struggle with persistent hair growth. After completing my initial package, I did notice some regrowth about a month later, which was a bit discouraging at first. However, when I went back, Tiam herself handled my session to make sure everything was addressed properly. Her attention to detail has made a huge difference. She took the time to assess what might not have worked the first time and adjusted the treatment approach accordingly. She’s also very knowledgeable and transparent about what to do if the results aren’t meeting expectations, including how and when to adjust laser settings. One thing I’d emphasize to anyone starting LHR: communicate openly about your experience. If something doesn’t feel effective or you’re seeing regrowth, speak up. Once I started giving more feedback, Tiam was able to really optimize my treatments, and the results significantly improved. Overall, I appreciate the level of care, expertise, and willingness to adapt. It made all the difference in getting the results I was hoping for. Also their spa is clean and beautiful!
Tiam Spa is amazing! I never thought my deeply colored acne scars would fade, but aerolase laser treatment completely changed the appearance of my scars. With only a few treatments, my scars are almost completely faded. All of my friends and family have noticed how much of a difference there is in my skin. The whole team at Tiam Spa is so thorough and communicative. Couldn’t recommend enough!
