Came here for a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and I recommend not even wasting your time. The champagne and mimosas are not complimentary which is typically included in the price of massages. This was not communicated with us until check out. Also the drinks were served in disposable clear cups which is subpar for a spa. The massage therapists were great but it wasn’t the best massage I’ve had. Overall I will not be returning for another service
I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The amenities were top notch! The massage was the best I have ever experienced. The masseuse communicated great and truly knew what she was doing!
Angel, the massage therapist was amazing!!! I have never had a better massage. I will definitely be visiting Timeless Medical Aesthetics at the Refuge again. I got the regular Refuge massage. She worked out spots in my shoulder and neck area that I had never had worked on. Her technique was phenomenal. I left so relaxed and had no tension in my back at all. Slept like a baby. I also took advantage of the steam room afterwards to sweat out some toxins. Happy Valentine’s to me! The whole experience was fantastic.
Day one I had the suction facial. HIGHLY recommend this. My face hasn’t been this clean in ages. So smooth. Thanks to (can’t remember her name but she was excellent!) who did an excellent job! The next day we had massages. Lizza ( may not be spelling it right), was also a fantastic experience. She was very good at asking my medical issues, aches and pains. Also any limitations I have. I love a deep massage and you chose the strength level you want(1-5). I love a heavy massage and she was spot on. She massaged those tension knots right out. I was so well kneaded and knocked. Having hot compresses at the end topped it right off. Highly recommend being pampered and served in the beautiful relaxing atmosphere at the Spa at Refuge.
