3/2024 had mommy makeover by the amazing Dr Palladino- they don’t call him Magic Surgeon for no reason. July 2026 I came back because although I love my results and the fact that I have some beautiful hips and nice silhouette, I wanted some more definition in the upper abs/stomach area. What you dolls need to keep in mind is that when you combo procedures, time and the amount of fat taken is limited and for a TT the focus is having that lower incision have a healthy healing so chances of you returning for some lipo fine tuning is likely. What I love about Dr Palladino is that he is open and honest. He is all about your safety too! Dr P is very transparent and will tell you exactly what he can do, you can even trust him with choosing your implants. I did and im absolutely satisfied. This go round I got Lip 360 Vaser, with Jplasma and I opted in to get the Exparel shot (totally recommend as it helps with pain) and for total protection I opted for the procare because I am 52yrs old and we know our bodies don’t respond like they use too. I have my post op appt today so I won’t have any pictures just yet. But I will be posting updates. Lindsay one of his office gems was my go to both times-she helped me with everything administrative. His staff is the best to work with. They help arrange everything for you. Totally recommend the standard or premier package. I did the premier package in 2024 and I did the standard this go round since it was not a complex combo of procedures. I’m up and walking, eating and draining. I feel good considering what I have had done. Post op and med miami ladies were also phenomenal! Shout out to Med Miami’s gem Marissa! I am 21 days post op from TT w/MR, Lipo 360 w/jplasma and vaser, breast lift with implants (400 cc OTM) and internal mesh bra, BBL, tiny bit of thigh lipo. Exparel shot was included in my VIP package. I opted for their VIP Stay Package $4750 (photo below of whats included.) I also paid $600 for extra post op care since I did not have a companion and $500 to extend my contract since I wasnt able to do my surgery by the date I originally thought. If I did it all over again, id 100% opt for the same package again, I think it was worth every dime. The hotel was Courtyard Marriott. It was beautiful and the food was great. There is an actual restaurant so no continental breakfast. There is also a bar and a rooftop pool with a bar and lounge. Photos below. 9/22 Day of arrival- Picked up at baggage claim at the airport by a very nice older gentleman who carried all my bags. Vehicle was a new Expedition. He dropped me off at the hotel and got all my bags out. 9/23 Pre-op appointment- Transportation not provided on this day. I ubered to the clinic where I met with Alina (may not have spelled that right) who gave me my goodie bag (photo below) that included foams, faja, bbl pillow, arnica and calendula gel, bra band, binder, surgical bra, 2 boxes ABD pads, 2 packs chux pads, scar gel, arnica pills, and a nice tote bag with tag. She walked me through all the dos and donts from that point forward to the next several days. I also got paperwork explaining it all again. We also fitted me for my faja and surgical bra. Met with my pre-op coordinator Melissa and Dr Palladino. Had a great convo with him, he is so personable, funny, honest, and my lord he is a cutie in person. After the appointment I went to 1 of the 3 pharmacies they offered to call my meds into, and picked everything up. Spent the rest of the day/night just hanging out and working (draw back of working remote haha). 9/24 Surgery day- My surgery was scheduled for 10am. I was picked up at the hotel by Top Aesthetics van around 9. Met with my anesthesiologist (dedicated for each case, no running between rooms like other clinics) and nurses again. Met with Dr Palladino and showed him my wish pics and he marked me up. He was very honest about what he could and could not do based on the wish pics I showed him. And I appreciated that. I like that he put my expectations into perspective. Went upstairs to the surgery suite and talked to all the ladies while I passed out. The first thing I really remember was talking to my first post op medical assistant and getting out of the van at the hotel. I was not in a faja until day 3 after my morning massage. 9/25-9/30- Recovery at hotel. I had 2 med assistants that were with me 24 hrs for the first 3 days. They prepared any food I wanted (I made a Walmart order for the room), made all my drinks (fruit juice, Juven, etc,) helped me shower, gave all my meds on a schedule, sat and kept me company, changed any bedding, etc. I could NOT have survived without Ashley and Genesis those first few days. 5 million stars to both. I also had 5 massages (included in my package). The massage ladies were great too. I also booked 2 extra so I had one each day until I left. 10/1- Departure. The massage lady I had this day also helped me pack my suit case and get downstairs to the restaurant for breakfast. I am so grateful Celia for all her help. Once again I was picked up in a car provided by the clinic, this time a new Escalade. The driver was super nice and we had a great convo as well. He helped with my suitcase and dropped me off at the correct door at the airport. I was able to walk around the airport and hit the bathrooms just fine alone. I spent about a year watching Top Aesthetics Instagram page and their Q&A's and live events. Id highly recommend that if you are considering him. Id choose Top Aesthetics, Dr Palladino, and his entire team over and over again.

Throughout my stay, Dr. Palladino consistently monitored my condition, sharing my health information with my accompanying friend and even FaceTiming my mother. This level of care and attentiveness is truly exceptional. This is the kind of treatment that anyone considering a cosmetic procedure should experience. The entire team, from the doctor, front desk staff to the medical staff (Med Miami- Madison), transportation services, and even the masseuse, has exceeded my expectations. While I am still in the early stages of recovery, my results are already fantastic. I am eagerly looking forward to choosing Dr. Palladino for any future procedures I may need. I had my breast augmentation with Top Aesthetics and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everyone made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in my decision. I was absolutely terrified of anesthesia and had myself worked up with anxiety before surgery.
