I have been going to Dr. Josie for at least 15 years and have always been more than satisfied with the results of the treatments as well as her professionalism and warm and caring personality. I have had facials and other treatments with Marisa and I have enjoyed them all. She is a sweet and calming presence while doing microneedling and explains everything that will be happening. Aside from her expertise, she is just a lovely and fun person! I have also had treatments from Nurse Joy, who was aptly named! Again, just lovely. Also, the staff at the front desk are all helpful and sweet. I recommend this practice to everyone.

This is a review on hormones, Dr Josie might be great at other things. My experience was awful! I had high hopes and had been looking for a Dr who had good knowledge with anti-aging including supplements, in depth bloodwork and bhrt. Someone who wasn’t just greedy. Well, Dr Josie changed the dosage and delivery method of estrogen so many times that I finally ended up bleeding. I’ve been on for 10 years with no issues like that. I did need some adjusting, but not in a spastic way. My one star which should be zero stars is based on how she handled my situation or a better description would be how she ignored my situation. Not only was it impossible to reach her, but when she finally responded the unbelievable rude response was beyond uncaring. It went something like this, telling me my messages sounded like I was vomiting texts from my brain and that she had no responsibility to answer Also there is no staff to talk with except the front desk girls. They are very nice, but I dont think it’s appropriate to have to text personal things to them vs privacy with the Dr.
