I had such an amazing experience at Tru Aesthetics with Tess! From the moment I met her, I could tell how knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely passionate she is about what she does. I was referred to Tru Aesthetics to see Tess, and as someone who had never had any aesthetic procedures done before, I was definitely a little nervous. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to the moment I left, the entire experience was amazing. During my consultation, Tess took the time to ask about my concerns and insecurities. Like most people, I walked in with my “Google brain” convinced I needed all sorts of procedures. 😂 Instead, I listened to Tess and trusted her recommendations—and that was the best decision I could have made. She recommended Botox, and the entire process was comfortable, easy, and I was in and out within an hour. I returned two weeks later for my follow-up, and when we compared the before-and-after photos, I could truly see the difference. I can’t say enough great things about Tess and my experience at Tru Aesthetics. She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and never made me feel like I needed to do more than what was right for me. I think sometimes Med spas can be intimidating, but I wanted to share my positive experience during my initial consultation at Tru. The spa is located in a quiet, discreet spot. The receptionist, Jill, made me feel welcome and at ease. My consult was with Tess. She was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and able to answer all my questions. She was forthcoming on the treatment options, the pros and cons, and wanted to help me achieve the results I was seeking. I know that Tess has extensive experience as a nurse and then a nurse practitioner and she attained my trust in her expertise and skill. I am looking forward to my first treatment.
From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. My next interaction was with Tess who I scheduled a lip flip with. I had the procedure done a few months ago somewhere else. She told me I wasn’t ready for one yet. I knew then this is the place for me. She was honest and trustworthy.
