The entire experience felt comfortable and personalized, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I absolutely love Tru MedSpa! I first came here years ago and always had a great experience. I recently started coming back, and I’m so happy to say that their customer service has never changed. Everyone is still so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Lauren at the Naperville location was amazing! I had the Glo2Facial with her, and I literally fell asleep during the treatment because she was so gentle and made the whole experience so relaxing. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire facial. I also had a treatment with Patty at the New Lenox location, and she was wonderful as well! She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. You can really tell that they care about their clients and want you to have a great experience. I’ve had such positive experiences at both locations and would definitely recommend Tru MedSpa to anyone looking for great treatments, knowledgeable providers, and excellent customer service. Patty and the staff have been amazing! Patty always takes the time to sit down with me, discuss my options, and help me choose the treatments that best fit my needs at the most affordable cost. I have been extremely happy with my results both times I have visited. Over the years, I have been to several different medical spas, and True Med Spa has been the best by far. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients. I highly recommend True Med Spa to anyone looking for excellent care and great results!
