In love with this place!!! They offered plan payments for treatment Cassandra is such a great person

Ok, so I have to review for this company. Back in November 2025 I went to this place for a service cool sculpting. Initially it was one visit $99. I wanted to continue so I signed up for a session. But as soon as I left that place my car broke down and I had to tow my car and my daughter had a severe road accident. I had to take her to the er and her car was totaled. I called that place to cancel my service. In there paperwork said if I call within 24 hrs they will cancel the service. At my station I had to cancel that service and the guy who was office manager name Johnathan who keep pushing me not to cancel but I kept calling them 6 time within there time limit to cancellation. One lady name Angela called and told me they will take care of this but they never did. I did not go back to get that service completed because I felt if they didn’t understand my situation then this place people are frauds. I disputed through my credit card but they are not responding to my credit card company and once said to provide cancellation prove. Which I never received from that guy Johnathan he never send me that cancellation documents even I asked for over and over. So, please be careful with this place and people. I’m still fighting. They need to send the money back to my card. This place should be shut down. Fraud and corrupted.

UPDATE TO BELOW: I will give credit where credit is due that customer service immediately followed up with me via multiple platforms and expressed genuine interest in making things right. This is a matter of agreeing to disagree. At the end of the day, it is their business and if the sales model works, that is their right. I have a personal preference for more up-front transparency and options and believe that there are other consumers in this camp. Show the model up front: here is the promo rate to try it out, here is the future price for one-off services (which justifiably could be much more), here are packages which offer more savings, the more you buy. Simple and not something that requires a private, isolated conversation. Also, to clarify--esthetician was super nice and accommodating. Things like the cryo-facial machine are inherently slightly uncomfortable and she checked in with me frequently to make sure I was tolerating it ok and to see if I needed a break. No complaints, just a matter of understanding that this is more of a procedure than a relaxing spa day. It truly wasn't bad though and delivered results which have huge wow factor the first day. Super super dramatic. Maybe that is why they are seizing on the immediate upsell. Looks way less dramatic the next day but are still excellent to the point where folks would still gladly return. ORIGINAL: Waited close to an hour past appointment time. Facial was fine. Techniques used are not relaxing but results are good. Just be aware that during the first appointment they will take you to a private room, shut the door, and hard sell, hard sell and hard sell some more to buy a package and they are not cheap! I ended up paying more than the promo rate just to stop from being hassled because it was still a decent deal for that one service but its unfortunate that they use these sales tactics. Would be more effective to simply offer a discounted package rate for those who are interested vs. trying to coerce purchases. I would have gone back if it would have been on my own terms.

Lindsey was amazing and very knowledgeable and super friendly. Explained everything as she was doing my facial I would recommend her to everyone
