I had such a wonderful facial experience! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I left feeling rejuvenated and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to treat themselves and give their skin some extra love!
I booked an appointment with Upscale 3 days before my appointment to get my hair styled for a wedding. The salon called 30 minutes before the appointment to cancel giving me absolutely no time to rebook at a different salon. When I asked them to double-check that there were no other stylists available that could fit me in, the woman at the desk was incredibly rude and unempathetic. Customer service is not a strength here. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is preparing for an event, since they could cancel your appointment with no notice or no kindness.
