This was my first wellness experience, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. From the very beginning of my consultation, Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. As a sickle cell warrior, navigating healthcare and wellness can come with unique and significant challenges. Unfortunately, not everyone possesses the patience, compassion, or understanding required to care for those of us living with this condition. Rachel’s warmth, patience, and genuine determination to help me leave feeling better created a sense of comfort and security that I have rarely experienced, even in traditional medical settings. She took the time to listen, understand my needs, and ensure that I felt supported throughout the entire experience. I also want to recognize Summer, who was equally welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The two of them working together created such a positive and reassuring environment, and I truly left feeling better both physically and mentally. If I could recommend this location a million times, I absolutely would! This was, by far, one of the best wellness experiences and levels of service I have received in quite some time. Amazing place. Jailyn, Summer, Nicole and Rachel are the absolute BEST! They consulted with my mom and were completely honest, professional and so welcoming. I had an amazing experience at Vida Aesthetic and Wellness. I originally went in for a skin consultation and blood work. Based on what I had seen on TikTok, I was set on getting microneedling, but the team took the time to assess my skin and recommended Aerolase instead. I appreciated their honesty and focus on what was actually best for me and my skin type rather than just selling me what I asked for. Rachel was also fantastic. My blood work identified several deficiencies that helped explain changes I had been feeling in my body, and she created a plan to address them. Having answers and a path forward was such a relief. It’s only been a week since my Aerolase treatment, and I’m already seeing significant improvement in my skin. Between the skin results and my wellness plan, I’m excited to see where I’ll be in 90 days. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my results. I found this clinic through their social media and honestly started following because the owner’s daughter is hilarious and makes the best TikToks. Her personality is what got me through the door, but the results and experience are what will keep me coming back. I had a great experience with my Xeomin treatment and would definitely recommend this clinic.
