Haley is the absolute best at facials! She does such a detailed job with extractions if you ask her to! I love the way my skin feels and looks after my hydrafacials.. after my last appt I made a quick stop at the store and two people stopped me to ask what made my complexion “glow” so nicely!
Horrible hydra facial experience today. My appointment was a 2:30. Hailey brought me back at 2:35. I thought it was an hour service. I was done at 3:15. Not even 45 minutes!!!! Hailey, the girl who did my facial walked me in a room and she never explained what we were going to do she just put a headband on me and started to clean my face. No instructions! No blanket, no bib. Nothing. She started to use her tools and said nothing to me. Finally I asked her. "What are you doing"? She then went to explain that she was cleaning my face and unclogging my pores. That was it! After a few minutes I asked her again "what are you doing"? . You see, I work in customer service. I am a registered dental hygienist in a sedation dental office were customer service is our #1 priority. I received no customer service. Just a crabby girl who acted like she didn't even want to work on me or be there. I spent a lot of money on this 40 minute facial. I expected way better service. I will never come here again for a facial and for something this expensive you better get a whole hour. I am so disappointed. I work so hard for my money and getting a facial is a treat. Vio Med you did a horrible job with your customer service. Fix it or others will leave too. Plus, I was never had the derma planing which was suppose to be step 1. This is advertised in their video on Facebook.
Vio med spa (Westfield, IN location) is the best investment I ever made in myself. I see Nicole Ellison and she is an esthetician / best friend hype girl all in one ❤️ I always look forward to seeing her and she does an amazing job with all services + educating me on how to take care of my skin! I went into my membership not thinking my skin was that bad, but the before/after photos speak for themselves. I have Nicole to thank for that! She approaches all of her clients with what they’re going to be successful with long term - not pushing unnecessary products or services, not over complicating things, and going at a pace you’re comfortable with. I’ve never felt more confident in my skin and I’m forever grateful for the integrity she prioritizes in her work!
The ladies at VioMed are SO knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable for my first experience with some of these procedures. They also have a few top of the line skincare products that have totally elevated my routine. This place is top notch without being overbearing or too over the top , truly approachable & accessible for whatever your personal goals are!
