I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about V/O Med Spa! From the moment you walk in, Gigi make you feel so welcome. She is always smiling, incredibly kind, and genuinely make you feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell she loves what she does, and her warmth makes such a difference in the overall experience. Molly is truly one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable, attentive, proactive, and, most importantly, genuinely cares about her patients. During my consultation, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all my questions, and create a personalized plan for me. She explained what I could do at home, what treatments we could work on together at the spa, and everything I needed to know about pre-care and post-care. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. She makes sure you understand everything and feel confident every step of the way. A special thank to Hayley for taking the time to explain Morpheus to me, a treatment I had never heard of before! After having two kids, I have white stretch marks and some skin laxity that I honestly thought I could never improve. Hailey patiently explained the potential benefits and answered all my questions, giving me reassurance and, most importantly, hope. I’m so grateful for her knowledge, patience, and genuine care. She made me feel heard, understood, and confident about my options! The customer service is exceptional from beginning to end, even when it comes to scheduling and checkout. They are incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding whenever I need to reschedule. They make the entire process so easy and stress-free, and you can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients. As for the treatments, I have already had two microneedling sessions and a HydraFacial, and I am so happy with my results! The difference in my skin is noticeable, both in how it looks and how it feels. My before-and-after transformation has been incredible, and even my husband has noticed the difference (and we all know how hard it can be to get men to notice these things!). Now he wants to go, too, and my friends are interested in booking appointments after seeing my results. I had such a great experience at VIO Med Spa!I went in for a basic facial with Mollie, and my skin looked so glowy, fresh, and bouncy afterward. I honestly couldn’t stop looking at it. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole spa was spotless. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and you can tell they really care about their clients. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great facial!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at VIO Med Spa in Winter Garden, especially with the results of their recommended treatments. I purchased a package that included three VI Peel treatments and three SkinPen microneedling treatments to address my melasma and improve my skin wrinkles/laxtivity. After completing just one VI Peel and one SkinPen treatment, my melasma became noticeably worse, and I developed areas of white pigmentation that were not present before treatment. Instead of improving my skin, these treatments have left me with additional damage. After contacting VIO Med Spa about my results and requesting a refund for the unused treatments, I was reminded that all sales are final and instructed a refund also could not be offered because of the time I purchased the package. Rather than offering a refund, they offered me a gift card for the remaining balance to use toward additional treatments or products. Im my email, I provided pictures so they could see and compare them to the before pictures that were taken prior to each treatment. My question is simple: Why would I want to spend more money on treatments or products at a business whose recommended treatments have already made my skin worse? I have have been suffering emotionally because of how my skin looked before and even more so now beacuse of the increase damage. At least before I could cover it up with makeup. Now it looks horrible even with makeup. I have since been advised by a doctor to see a dermatologist and have an appointment scheduled next week to evaluate the pigmentation changes and determine whether the damage can be corrected some. I understand that results vary and that cosmetic treatments carry risks. However, I wasn't expecting it to worsen and develope more issues with the recommended treatment. This experience has been life.changing for me, physically and emotionally. I would strongly encourage anyone considering VIO Med Spa Winter Garden, particularly for melasma, to consult with a dermatologist before.gping through what I am now.

Lovely people offering attentive service. Having recently relocated to the area from the UK, I was recommended VIO Med Spa by friends. The team are very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. My therapist Sasha, was lovely and talked me through all of the options available for injectible treatments and together we decided on the best starting point for me as a new client.
