The medical aesthetic specialist and the esthetician were both phenomenal. They were professional, supportive, and explained everything thoroughly. They made me feel comfortable and cared for, and both deserve recognition for the excellent service they provided. Unfortunately, my interaction with Felicia as I was leaving changed my impression. She repeatedly encouraged me to purchase additional products and services I did not want. The approach felt pushy and focused on upselling, which took away from an otherwise positive experience. What bothered me most was the way I heard her speak to her staff. Her tone came across as disrespectful, and witnessing that was a significant turnoff. I feel for the people working for her, especially when they were providing such exceptional care. How staff are treated matters to me as a client. I had hoped to find a place I could return to and recommend to my friends and network for treatments. Instead, I shared my concerns with them. Despite the wonderful specialist and esthetician, I will not be returning because of what I observed and experienced with Felicia.

I absolutely love, love, love going to VRAI for all of my aesthetics — lasers with Ashley, injections with Ivy and Laura — they make me feel beautiful every single time. The space is stunning, the energy is calm and elevated, and the whole team is so honest and deeply knowledgeable. Felicia, the owner, is one of the kindest humans and has created a truly luxury-meets-relaxed environment that feels safe and special. I’m super protective about where I send my friends, family, and clients… and I send everyone to VRAI. It’s a 10/10, every visit, without fail. Highly recommend.

I'm giving VRAI five stars, and I was so impressed with Stephanie. She's been my person on my skin journey so far. I've been to other laser facilities in the past, before I lived in Georgia, and I was skeptical about getting my sunspots and age spots treated. My previous lasers didn't work, and everything felt very transactional, like I was just being sold something. When I came to VRAI and met Stephanie, she took the time to listen to what had worked, what hadn't, and what my concerns were. She never tried to push anything on me and went at my speed. I started with a facial, which was relaxing and already made a noticeable difference. From there I moved on to Moxie and BBL, and this is the first time I've actually seen the results I was looking for. I feel like I can trust Stephanie's recommendations. I was also happy with the laser treatment itself. It wasn't quick in, quick out. She took the time to make sure my face was fully numb and that the process was thorough. I really feel supported every step of the way. I'll definitely be back for more of my skin journey!

I cannot say enough good things about Thao at Vrai! She did my lips and cheeks, and the results are absolutely beautiful. Everything looks so natural, balanced, and youthful without ever looking overdone. I’ve had injectables before, and this is seriously the best work I’ve ever had done. Thao has such an amazing eye for detail and really knows how to enhance your features while still making you look like yourself. I felt completely comfortable with her, and I’m beyond happy with my results. Vrai officially has a forever client in me! Highly recommend Thao! 💕
