Within minutes, she had a treatment plan in place to address my skin concerns. Her students are also incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Dr. Kupetsky is wonderful. I am a new patient and was nervous about the procedure. She was gentle, kind, and explained everything. I left feeling cared for and confident in the treatment provided. The staff are also very kind and efficient.
First off, this was my first time going to a dermatologist and I must say it was a pleasant experience. Setting up the appointment was easy. The check-in was easy. I was very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend this dermatologist to anyone. It's also important to that I saw patients of all ages and skin types. While I was waiting for my appointment. Which for myself made me feel extremely comfortable.
Wonderful experience with the doctor as well as office staff for my first visit. Calm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The caring and knowledgeable medical assistant Jennifer made me feel at ease. Doctor K also very personable, explained everything she was looking at and looking for on my skin, and gave me tips for home care. She was patient and I did not feel rushed in any way which is important to me. Highly recommend the practice!!! 👍👍👍
