Cissy was extremely professional. It was my first time getting anything so I was unfamiliar with the process, and she explained everything in great detail, without over complicating anything. It was a very friendly environment and I appreciated the care she gave me as a new client. My lips look phenomenal! She fixed all concerns I had! She really took ME into consideration! The office manager was so polite and got me all set up very quickly with no wait. It feels like a personal experience instead of the average stale clinic. Thank you Cissy! The space was warm and inviting, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and intentional. She’s a lovely human and incredibly skilled at what she does.
