Great experience! Reception desk was so helpful and informed. I believe her name was Renell, she was very thorough. Dealing with insurance and prior authorizations can be stressful but she answered all my questions and followed up multiple times and I really appreciate that! Thank you!
I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews! I chose it because it was closer to my house than a drive to downtown Seattle. The first time I came in about a week ago, I was told I had booked with the wrong doctor, and that their website was wrong, but that they had since changed it. The doctor was super nice and apologetic and I truly wasn't bothered, since mistakes happen. They told me to keep checking online for the dermatologist, as he was booked out 4 months. I checked daily and an appt opened up for the next week, so I got in within 2 weeks of my first visit. Doctor Markus was SO NICE and his assistant Renel was GREAT! He was funny, yet very professional. And Renel was just super kind. She even called me back super quickly when I had a question. I was a baby about the whole procedure, and they both made me feel very calm. It was as quick and painless as it could be! The front desk staff isn't very warm, or overly friendly, but they are not mean or rude, so I had no issue there. The gal at the front desk waited patiently for me to find my insurance card and answered all of my questions about billing and insurance. I would recommend this place and highly recommend Dr. Markus!
Dr. Markus is truly wonderful. I’ve been a patient for about seven years and have consistently been very happy with both the treatments and the results. I’ve also noticed a significant improvement at the front desk—while I experienced a few issues in the past, my recent visits have been much smoother. Thank you to the team for that positive change.
Dr. Ramsey was fantastic, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. He answered all of my questions and kept me fully informed about everything he was seeing and what his assessment was. Thank you!
