I recently decided to switch med spas and give Zenova Med Spa a try, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From my very first visit, it was clear that they prioritize professionalism, quality, and making every client feel comfortable and valued. Niko is my injector for Botox, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. He truly listens to what you're looking for, takes the time to answer all of your questions, and never makes you feel rushed. His attention to detail and expertise consistently deliver natural, beautiful results that leave me feeling refreshed and confident—not overdone. I also see Mia for my Hydrafacials, and she is absolutely amazing. She is so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explains everything she's doing, offers helpful skincare advice, and creates such a relaxing experience. What I appreciate most is that she's incredibly informative without ever being judgmental or making you feel pressured to purchase products or treatments. If you're looking for a med spa with talented providers who genuinely care about their clients, Zenova Med Spa is the place to go. I always leave feeling well taken care of and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
Had a great first visit with Nico. He's very practical and knowledgeable. Had a great strategy for how to handle my tox injections based on the history of how it's worked for me. The office is wonderfully clean and new, the pricing is competitive. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a new place for their treatments.
I went to Zenova for the first time on March 9th for Botox and had an amazing experience. Everyone there is so great, friendly and informative. I saw Niko the nurse injector and he was amazing! He explained the different types of Botox to give me the best outcome. I tried something new and I absolutely love it. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Dr Patel and her husband who are fantastic and really great people! I look forward to going again…and in their new space very soon! Definitely five stars!!
I had an amazing experience at Zenova Med spa I had my initial visit with dr Patel. She’s personable and listens to your questions and concerns. It was Easy to schedule and she gave me an overview on what services are offered and how they can benefit. She also gave me recommendations. I then got a tour of the spa. Barb and Vanessa were so friendly And professional. Barb is an amazing and highly knowledgeable person. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained, including the face scan which is so amazing to see. This was by far the best experience with hair laser removal. I had hair laser removal treatment at three different places over 10 yrs span. This laser is so much more gentle and has much newer technology. I’m very happy with my treatment and look forward to returning for IV drip and facials also. Thank you Zenova med spa for providing such wonderful experience
