If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went to Zoe Medical Spa for an eyelash lift and tint, which are only offered together as a $100 package. Unfortunately, the service did not deliver at all. After the treatment, my eyelashes showed no lift whatsoever—they were just as straight as before. Even the technician, Aisha, acknowledged that the lift didn’t work. On top of that, the tint seemed to make my lashes look even straighter. Despite this, I was still expected to pay the full amount. When I explained that I didn’t receive the main service I came for (the lash lift), they insisted I at least pay $50 for the tint. After some back and forth, I ended up paying $25, but I truly don’t believe I should have had to pay anything given the outcome. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I can’t speak for all of their services, but based on my experience, the quality of service and especially the customer service were very disappointing.
I get the Acne Facial treatment! It’s absolutely amazing and so peaceful getting! The kind lady Anastasiia is so careful with doing the facial, and is fantastic at getting the job done right!! Would definitely recommend to people who want to feel confident and at peace while getting a facial to help with future healthy skin.
Anastasiia was WONDERFUL! I will go to her again and again! She made it a great experience for my first time 🥰 & she was available when I truly needed her! 100% would recommend!
I had a facial with Anastasiia today, it was the best facial I’ve had! She educated me about my skin and told me exactly what I needed to help with my dehydrated skin. My skin felt absolutely amazing after!! 10/10 recommend!!
