The short answer · frown-line dose at published prices, October 2026
- Botox
- $26020 units at $13
- Dysport
- $25050 units at $5
- Xeomin or Jeuveau
- $24020 units at $12
- Daxxify
- $44040 units at $11
Each brand’s median published price multiplied by the frown-line dose on its own FDA label; Dysport uses clinics pricing under $9 a unit. Your injector may use a different dose.
Dysport can look like less than half the price of Botox, at about $5 a unit against $13. But the FDA label for Dysport calls for 50 units on frown lines, and the label for Botox calls for 20. Multiply each price by its own dose and the two land within $10 of each other.
These figures come from the clinics themselves. In October 2026 we read the websites of 4,107 med spas and aesthetic clinics listed on AuraVenu, and 584 of them publish a regular per-unit price for at least one of these brands. For Botox prices by state and city, see how much Botox costs. To plan units across several areas, use our Botox units and cost planner.
Why the price per unit misleads
Each of these products is measured in its own units. All six FDA labels say the same thing in slightly different words: units of one product cannot be compared with, or converted into, units of another. So a lower price per unit tells you little until you know how many units the treatment takes.

- Daxxify109 clinic websites$11
- Letybo37 clinic websites$11
- Xeomin169 clinic websites$12
- Jeuveau123 clinic websites$12
- Botox521 clinic websites$13
- Dysport, $9 and over148 clinic websites$13
Bars span the middle half of clinics; the tick and figure are the median. Each brand is priced in its own units, so these prices cannot be compared directly with each other.
Dysport appears twice because its prices fall into two groups, with very few clinics in between, and that split changes how you should read its price.
What the labeled frown-line dose costs
Frown lines, the lines between the brows, are the one area all six products are FDA-approved to treat, so they make the fairest comparison we can draw from published prices. We multiplied each brand’s own price by its own labeled dose. No units were converted.
- Letybo20 units, 37 clinics$220
- Xeomin20 units, 169 clinics$240
- Jeuveau20 units, 123 clinics$240
- Dysport50 units, 201 clinics$250
- Botox20 units, 521 clinics$260
- Daxxify40 units, 109 clinics$440
Each brand’s own published price per unit multiplied by its own FDA-labeled dose. Bars span the middle half of clinics; the tick and figure are the median. Dysport uses clinics pricing under $9 a unit, because of its two price bands. Your injector may use a different dose.
Letybo, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Dysport and Botox all sit within about $40 of each other at the median, and their bars overlap. Daxxify stands apart, because its label calls for 40 units and its median price is only slightly below the others. Letybo has the lowest median, but only 37 clinic websites publish a price for it, so it can be harder to find.
The math holds up against real flat prices. Among clinics that post a flat frown-line price and name the brand, the median is $276 for Botox, from 28 clinics, and $260 for Dysport, from only 6.
The same clinic, two brands
Comparing national medians mixes expensive cities with cheaper ones. A closer test is to look only at clinics that publish both Botox and another brand, and compare the two prices on one menu. 408 of the 584 clinics publish at least two brands.
| Brand | Clinics publishing both | Labeled dose, against their Botox |
|---|---|---|
| Letybo | 34 | $40 less |
| Dysport, under $9 | 175 | $35 less |
| Xeomin | 144 | $20 less |
| Jeuveau | 103 | $20 less |
| Daxxify | 94 | $190 more |
The median of each clinic’s own difference, for the frown-line dose on each label. Against Botox at 20 units.
Inside one clinic, the alternatives usually cost a little less than Botox, and rarely more. Of the 144 clinics publishing Xeomin and Botox, 95 price Xeomin lower per unit, 47 price them the same and 2 price Xeomin higher. Jeuveau looks much the same, at 62, 37 and 4 of 103. Dysport is less clear-cut: of the 175 clinics pricing it under $9, the labeled dose comes out cheaper at 133 and dearer at 33. Daxxify is the exception, with the labeled dose costing more than Botox at 80 of 94 clinics.
Dysport has two price bands
Of the 349 clinic websites that publish a Dysport price, 201 charge under $9 a unit, with a median of $5. The other 148 charge $9 or more, with a median of $13, the same as Botox. Of those 148, 138 also publish a Botox price, and 76 charge exactly the same for both.
A menu cannot tell us how those clinics count units. At $13 a unit, the 50 units on the label would come to $650, which is why it is worth asking. Some menus may count Dysport differently, and the total for your treatment is what matters.
Where you live changes which band you are likely to see. In Florida, 16 of 28 clinics price Dysport at $9 or more, against 23 of 77 in California and 11 of 45 in Texas.

Does a higher price buy more time?
Daxxify’s higher cost raises the obvious question. In two manufacturer-sponsored frown-line trials, the median time patients kept no or mild lines was about 24 weeks, based on ratings by both clinicians and patients. Results varied, and those trials did not compare Daxxify directly with Botox. The Botox label describes the effect on frown lines as lasting about three to four months, and the Dysport label says it may last up to four months.
Because there is no direct comparison behind those numbers, we have not worked out a cost per month. For more on how long results last and what affects it, read our Botox guide.

Four questions when you compare brands
- Which product will you use, and how many of its units do you plan for me?
- What is the total for this area? That is the only figure you can compare between brands.
- Is the price per unit of this product, or do you count its units differently?
- Is a touch-up included? If not, ask what it costs.

How we got these numbers
- The sourceEach clinic’s own website, read on October 25, 2026. We read 4,107 clinic websites, and 584 publish a regular per-unit price for at least one of these brands.
- One vote per websiteChains that share one price list across locations count once.
- Regular prices onlyWe left out starting-at prices, member prices, first-visit and new-patient prices, promotions, volume tiers, medical uses such as migraine or sweating, and prices quoted as typical for the market.
- Label dosesFrown-line totals from each current FDA label: 20 units for Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Letybo, 40 for Daxxify and 50 for Dysport. They are the labeled dose for one area, not a recommendation for your face.
- No unit conversionsEach brand’s price is multiplied only by that brand’s own labeled dose. The Dysport label-dose figure uses clinics pricing under $9 a unit, because we cannot tell how clinics at $9 and over count units.
- Enough clinics to be fairA metro needs at least 10 clinic websites and a state at least 20 before we show it.
You can download the figures as CSV files: labeled dose cost, same-clinic comparison and price per unit by brand. They are free to reuse with credit to AuraVenu.
Frequently asked questions
Is Dysport cheaper than Botox?
Only slightly, once you account for dose. At clinics pricing Dysport under $9 a unit, the 50 units on its frown-line label come to a median of $250, against $260 for the 20 units on the Botox label. At the same clinic, the median saving is $35. Clinics pricing Dysport at $9 or more need a direct question about how they count units.
Why is Dysport so much cheaper per unit?
Its units are measured differently, and its FDA label calls for 50 units on frown lines, against 20 for Botox. The labels say units cannot be converted between products, so a lower price per unit does not mean a lower total. Compare the total price for the same area.
Is Xeomin or Jeuveau cheaper than Botox?
Usually by a small amount. Both have a median of $12 a unit and a labeled frown-line dose of 20 units, which comes to $240. At clinics that publish both, the median saving against their own Botox price is $20. About a third of those clinics charge the same for both.
How much does Daxxify cost?
The median published price is $11 a unit, and the middle half of clinics charge $8 to $14. Its labeled frown-line dose is 40 units, which comes to a median of $440. At clinics that publish both, that is a median of $190 more than the same clinic’s labeled Botox dose.
Which of these is the cheapest?
Letybo has the lowest median for the labeled frown-line dose, at $220, but only 37 clinic websites publish a price for it. Xeomin and Jeuveau follow at $240, Dysport at $250 and Botox at $260. Those medians sit close together, so the clinic you choose can matter as much as the brand.
