Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

Had a fantastic experience during my new patient appointment! The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I was able to complete all my intake forms online and in person beforehand, and I was taken back right on time. The provider was incredible—extremely knowledgeable, open, and transparent about all my treatment options, including the costs associated with each. I felt completely informed and respected throughout the discussion. The bedside staff was equally wonderful and efficient at gathering my information while making me feel instantly comfortable. They were also training a new provider, Rachel, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable as well. This was a stellar experience, and they have officially become my preferred dermatologist!

I want to recognize Victoria for the incredible professionalism and care she shows at this office. She is fantastic at deescalating situations, finding resolutions, and truly listening to patients’ concerns. She handled my issue with kindness, patience, and professionalism, and I really believe she deserves recognition for the hard work and compassion she gives to clients every day. The manager also listened to my concerns and was quick to take my feedback seriously and work toward helping resolve the situation moving forward, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, while my son’s doctor, Tom, is a great physician, my experience with one of the staff members working under him, specifically Siri/Sari, was extremely disappointing. When working with patients who may be vulnerable or dealing with medical conditions, empathy, professionalism, accountability, and clear communication are essential. Sadly, that was not my experience. Questions and concerns were not handled appropriately, and the overall attitude displayed was unprofessional and upsetting enough that I will be switching doctors for my son moving forward. That said, I do not believe one person’s behavior should define my overall experience with the office. Overall, this is a good office with caring providers and management that appears willing to listen and improve. I just believe more care should be taken in choosing staff members who represent the company and interact directly with patients. Hopefully, with a change in provider, my son’s future experience will be much smoother, especially regarding communication, documentation, and follow through.

I felt comfortable & at ease with Sara Bennett for my annual skin check up appointment. She gave a thorough exam, willing to answer all my questions & gave suggestions about any concerns that I had. Sara Bennett & the staff at Advanced Dermatology are very accommodating & pleasant. The check in & out process was also easy.

As always, there were no issues with my visit. The office is always clean, and the staff is organized, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Ramirez and Tammy consistently demonstrate professionalism and provide excellent care. The team carefully listens to my questions and concerns and provides clear guidance whenever needed.
