My visit at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic was wonderful. the front desk receptionist was very nice, the waiting area was clean and huge . When I got into the waiting room the doctor assistant was very nice and helpful. My Doctor was very professional and amazing she listened to every thing I had to say and attended to my needs. Our experience at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery was mixed. The biggest issue was definitely the wait time. For our initial consultation, we waited over an hour. The waiting room was super cold, I understand the need for it but wow! Once we were finally taken to a room, we waited another 15–20 minutes for the doctor. The ear lobe repair procedure was explained thoroughly, but during the consultation, we honestly felt as though we were being encouraged to go elsewhere for the procedure, which was a little surprising. The actual procedure appointment was a much better experience. We waited about 25–30 minutes before being seen. After my daughter received the lidocaine injection, we waited approximately 45 minutes for it to take effect, and the procedure itself took about 30–35 minutes. The doctor was AMAZING! She was professional, engaging, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure. I really appreciated her bedside manner and how she interacted with my daughter, husband and me. Overall, the scheduling and wait times definitely need improvement, especially for the initial consultation, but the care my daughter received during the actual procedure was excellent.
There was a bit of wait time, but this was due to internet issues (we have all dealt with those in the workplace). My appt was thorough and we have a plan moving forward. As this was my initial visit, I assumed that it would be "just a check", but she jumped right in with multiple cryos and multiple biopsies. I'm super impressed!
