I had an outstanding experience at Advanced Dermatology. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially want to thank Arielle Rought, PA-C, for taking the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain everything, and provide excellent care. Melissa, the medical assistant, was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I also appreciated being offered an earlier appointment. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional dermatologic care.
Arielle is an absolute gem! She and Jenna have always made me feel so welcome and completely at ease every time I come in for my appointments. I’ve been seeing Arielle for years, and her bedside manner has always been phenomenal. She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to make you feel heard and cared for. The rest of the office staff has always been just as friendly, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about their patients and works hard to create a positive experience. I can’t recommend this office enough!
The office is very quaint, comfortable and a with a great ambience. The medical assistants im the front were very happy with plenty of smiles and laughter. The nurse was very nice and friendly. Dr yungman was very professional and knowledgeable. He shared excellent information with me and I felt very comfortable. Kirsy was very pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate my medical needs and gave me an appointment that was very feasible for me. I highly recommend this facility cuz ur medical needs will be met and u'll walk away feeling content and rejuvenated.
I went to my scheduled appointment yesterday. Rather than being examined I explained that due to my advanced age (90) I wanted to forget the exam and deal with any issues on my own. Arielle was very understanding and encouraging. I will return if the need for their services arises. I really appreciate the cooperative support I received.
