Gabriel Isaza-Gonzalez, MD and his team are excellent! Been coming to him and this company for years now, started in Roxborough then KOP, now at Fort Washington. This medical office is the warmest and most welcoming practice I have ever visited. It started with the person who made my appointment. She first thanked me for choosing Advanced Dermatology. At my visit, on the following day, the dermatologist, Dr. Gabriel Isaza also thanked me for choosing his practice and trusting him to provide care to me. This was before he said anything else! He and his nurse/assistant Sarah provided excellent care. As a physician myself, I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery.
I want to thank Michelle, Office Manager for helping me with directions to get to the office. She was polite , friendly, courteous, cooperative, knowledgeable, and highly professional. At my request she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through turn by turn to get to the office. My auto navigation system had me going around and around in a circle and I would have been late for my first scheduled follow appointment with Dr. Isaza at his new office location. Sara, Medical Assistant was prompt in seeing after I had checked in. She was friendly and professional. I would have appreciated her introducing herself before I had to ask her name. Dr. Isaza was prompt in seeing me and greeted me with a handshake. He inquired how I was doing. I was pleased to report that I no longer had an acne problem since I had been working with him. Prior I would get a raised cyst on my nose every year without fail for the past 69 years until Dr. Isaza started working me in the past year. I follow his treatment regimen and no longer have a problem with acne. Dr. Isaza is an authentic patient-centered dermatologist.
