I had the best experience with Samantha! She did my Botox, chin filler, and Skinvive, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She took the time to make sure everything looked natural and balanced while still enhancing my features. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I’m so happy with my results and would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering Botox, filler, or other treatments!

Dr. Castelli is the Michelangelo of TOX!!! He truly is an artist. Just like a sculptor, he really studies his subjects…and let me tell you, this Carrara was cracked!!! He is very conservative, yet decisive and precise. You will not look “done”, just refreshed and refined. Within a few minutes of meeting him you can tell he knows what he is doing. He is smart (and funny). He noticed asymmetry in my face that I hadn’t, and working to correct that has made such a difference. I swear he’s taken 10 years off of my face. I didn’t even know I needed my forehead/eyebrows lifted - but, he did. My mascara doesn’t rub all over my eyelids anymore and my eyes are bright and I look so youthful! It’s truly amazing. We’ve also done some filler, and more to come. I am a new patient of his and I am just so grateful. Believe all of the good reviews, you will be so thankful that you did. Best decision I’ve made in a long time!!

Update! I was contacted by the company and had a wonderful chat with one of their representatives. We have come to a mutual agreement and I have to say , they really want their customers to be satisfied. Will be returning to their offices . leaving this review at the request of the company’s automated texting system. I say automated because it’s obvious the review was not read by a person. I just didn't have a good initial experience on the phone. I responded to an instagram offer and when I was contacted by phone , it was never explained to me that this procedure would only provide a very subtle change, would need to be a series of 4 treatments ($250 each) and that it would need to then be maintained every 3 months. I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on what will likely not be much of a difference and it would have been helpful if it had been better explained before I came in for the treatment. Had I been informed of a better option (Ultherapy?) i may have chosen that route. I’m left wondering if I wasted $300 on something that is not going to be very effective. I also never received a proper receipt upon initial payment. The receipt for the $50 deposit has a name and address of a Spa in Tennessee. I told that to the woman I first spoke to and she promised to have it corrected but I never received a new receipt. So that is why my review is a 3. My experience with the actual provider (Candace) was fine - she is a lovely person But I would like to have been told the truth about this procedure before I came in for the treatment.

Dr. Castelli and his staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I had under-eye fillers done today, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only did Dr. Castelli come in early and see me without an appointment, but he also took his time to ensure everything was done perfectly. The results were immediate, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Castelli and will definitely return when it's time for my next treatment!
