Dr. Jason Kieffer at Advanced Dermatology is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and caring. Dr. Kieffer took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. You can truly tell he cares about his patients. I never felt rushed, and his attention to detail was incredible. The office was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently too. I left feeling very thankful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. I highly recommend Dr. Kieffer and Advanced Dermatology to anyone looking for top-notch care. Wonderful experience for all steps: I called to verify my insurance was accepted and spoke to a very pleasant person who quickly confirmed it. I booked easily online and completed the essential paperwork electronically; so easy. On the day of my appointment, the front desk people were all very positive and pleasant, the paperwork was a quick tablet form of checkboxes (thank you!). And Dr. J Kiefer was excellent; explained things thoroughly. I’m very happy - I will be returning to this clinic for my dermatology needs.

Eliris was incredibly knowledgeable in her field, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and customize treatment to my skin’s specific needs. Danielle was equally expert and impressive in her field, both were not only extremely knowledgeable, but also so warm, friendly, and approachable. It makes such a difference when a medical team combines high-level expertise with a welcoming atmosphere. I scheduled a new patient appointment with Adrianna Mills, FNP. My daughter had seen her a year ago for eczema, so when I had an issue I knew where to go. I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment quickly, which is very helpful for someone who works normal business hours. The front desk staff was curious and I was called back quickly, before I was even able to finish my paperwork. Adrianna took her time and explained all my options while getting me in and out in a short amount of time. I left with an order for some imaging. As soon as I get that done I’ll be back for a follow up. Adrianna was very caring and knowledgeable but also explained everything so I could understand. I highly recommend this office and specifically Adrianna.
