I was not happy at all with Todd Colonna's "service." I had never been to a dermatologist before. He seemed incredibly dismissive and he continuously interrupted me. I explained to him my concerns and tried to show him detailed photos for him to look at but he literally waved me away! He did not even ask if I had any additional questions. He literally said "have a nice week" and walked out of the office. Are you kidding me? I have more questions than answers at this point. I would not recommend anyone to this clinic after my experience. I took off early from work just to be completely disregarded and not even looked at. Todd should not be called a doctor with that kind of bedside manner. Do no harm? He did real emotional harm to me today.
So glad I found this office. I visit for bi-annual skin checks after having a spot of skin cancer removed two years ago. Their staff is so friendly and professional. The doctors are caring, informative, and spend time explaining what to look out for and how to prevent skin cancer. Every appointment is easy to schedule and efficient. I really appreciate the appointment reminders and ability to pre-check in online.
I was called back fairly soon after I arrived which I appreciated. Both clinical assistants were friendly and welcoming as was Dr. Redbord. This was just a suture removal so a quick visit. In all my visits it is clear the offices have not had much, if any sprucing up in awhile. My exam room was drab and dreary. So consider some inexpensive wall art of even some fresh paint.
This was one of the absolute best medical appointments I've had in years! I'm 58 years old so that carries some weight. I showed up early for my appointment (30 min) they took me back right away, all of the staff is so friendly and very helpful. The doctor was amazing! I had some concerns that my rash might be contagious, the doctor knew right away what I had, he was very comforting and easy to talk to. I was in and out and treated so fast. Not only that, the 10-15 minutes it took me to drive to my pharmacy and my prescription was there and ready! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who has dermatology concerns! Also they provide great parking, handicap spots and ease of movement through the building for all!
