I never felt rushed, and their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. Dr. Steffes is a true gentleman and an outstanding dermatologist. Casey Croes provided excellent care. She explained my procedure in detail, making sure I understood everything before we started. She performed the procedure quickly and painlessly. I was running late to my appointment, Dr Steffes still agreed to see me. The wait wasn’t long at all, I needed a simple surgery and a few moles treated by freezing and he was able to do everything during my 1st visit. Dr Steffes and his staff were very friendly, so easy going. A big thank you to everyone! I highly recommend!
1st time to a dermatologist. Wasn’t excited about the full body exam, but the staff made be feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Also I have the vasovagal response which they totally understood and checked to make sure I wasn’t going to pass out. Highly recommended based on 1st visit. Looks like I’m probably getting some stuff cut out down the road but I’m sure that will go fine as well.
