My PCP referred me to Dr. Waller, I chose the location as it is close to my house. I was very anxious, concerned for my visit. I came early to do paperwork, the ladies had my chart done, complete ready to go. I then was taken back to the most cleanly exam room, the Medical assistant was sweet, professional, and highly intelligent. Dr. Waller came in, I cannot begin to say how professional and personable. All of my anxiety relieved once she talked. Highly skilled, knowledgeable. I was afraid, Dr immediately had a plan. She has seen this, and can resolve it. I felt so much better. I am so impressed with this office I am upset I can only give 5 stars. What a team! I am so greatful that i came to this practice... Thank you for treating me like family!
I am always seen very close to my appointment time. Dr. Altman is very efficient, but makes sure that any questions I have are answered. I know of no other practice where I can count on being in and out of my appointment in such a short time. It’s nice when my time is respected as much as medical professionals.
Dr. Altman is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! He offered me treatment options that no other dermatologist had ever recommended before. He even showed concern for my cancer diagnosis and treatment from fifteen years ago. Highly Recommended!
