Will never go to anyone else for Botox (I made that mistake once. Never again). Vicki is truly the best. I had a last-minute change of plans and had to bring my 1-year-old daughter to my appointment yesterday. She had no nap, had gotten vaccinated the day before, and was an absolute hot mess. Vicki didn’t even bat an eye. She handed her some stress balls to play with and calmly proceeded with a screaming baby on my lap. So kind, patient, and understanding. Truly the best.
Vicky is incredibly knowledgeable and very honest/straight-forward. She doesn’t try to “upsell” you on anything. She is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and regularly attends industry conferences…and then shares new info with her patients! I can’t say enough about how amazing Vicky is!
Vicky truly is the best! Not only when it comes to her professionalism and knowledge, but also to how sweet and understanding she is. Her approach is unique, she really understands and works with her patients. By the way, she's so gentle, so all my appointments have been super comfortable and virtually painless.
