I was really hoping not to have to write this review, but here we are. I will state the positive first. Very clean facility and friendly staff. I went in to treat the nasolabial folds with juvederm injectables. The first girl I saw told me mine were not bad and one vile would be enough as I am only 31. When I returned for the actual treatment a different girl told me I need two viles. She treated the areas above the line, as in the cheek area. This is normal to lift the cheek after weight loss. They said wait two weeks for everything to settle. I waited 4... and my nasolabial folds were not treated. They are still prominent. The technician showed me the before and after side to side and I will say I did see improvement in the cheek near the eyes but my nasolabial folds were still bad. When asked what my options were, because I felt the treatment essentially failed to address what I came in for, I was told my options were to buy more or they can dissolve what is there. I wish I would have been told up front that 4 viles was needed or that treatment can fail. I asked an online dermatologist and was told failure can happen. It is really disheartening to spend 1600 -1700 (with promotional) and not feel happy with the results. I cried multiple times over this. I am going to try Seamless in Santa Fe to see what their opinion is.

Well unfortunately I didn’t even get to experience a service at all. I spoke with the receptionist a week ago who scheduled me a 10:30 am appointment. I saved it in my phone and they sent me a text notification confirming my appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:29 and the receptionist told me to check in on the kiosk. (I had already completed my intake information so there was no need to arrive early.)I started checking in and she then tells me she needs to reschedule me because my appointment was actually at 10:15. I then showed her my phone which showed three different text reminders from them confirming a 10:30 appointment. She continued to insinuate I was wrong and it was at 10:15. This was definitely a huge inconvenience for me because I traveled all the way from Taos which was almost 2 hours to get there. She was extremely rude and didn’t even care about my time. This is unfortunate because I was very excited to get work done here. They need a better receptionist.

I’ve come here for quite a while now and something that’s been bothering me. The service I get is about 15 minutes and costs around $300+, which is already a premium price. After paying that much, being asked for a tip at checkout feels uncomfortable and honestly cheapens the experience. I completely understand tipping in many service industries, but at this price point it comes off as inappropriate. If the staff aren’t being compensated fairly by the business, that’s an issue the business should fix not something that should be pushed onto customers after such an expensive service. I’m saying this respectfully, but transparently: at this rate, it makes me question whether I should continue coming here.

Paid 300$ for some Botox on my face and still have lots of movement in all the places that were treated. I also “saved” 100$ for being a new pt. Definitely don’t recommend this place and will not be back. It was a waste of time and money.
