American Laser Skincare

I have been going to American Laser in Bellevue for about a year now. I love them! I had done laser before and it didn't work very well, so I was really skeptical. I go for laser hair removal pretty much all over my body. American Laser has been amazing. They give you all kinds of information on what not to do before, during and after treatment. They ask you about your medication history before every session. Their staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable which is really important for things like this! I would recommend them to anyone. In regards to pricing and contracts - Well, you can go in and pay for 1 session, or you can pay for a package deal. Paying for one session at time is costly and it will take forever to get rid of the hair. I signed up for a package deal for my legs, bikini, underarms etc.... In order to get rid of the hair you have to go for a certain amount of time and you have to stay on a schedule in order to kill the hair at each growth stage. I can handle staying on a schedule to never have to shave my legs again :)

I received photo facials at American Laser Center and I was amazed by the results. The staff was very professional and did a wonderful job educating me on the best option for me. When my treatments were finished my complexion was smooth and flawless. Thanks to American Laser Center I feel more confidant in pictures and especially without makeup. I am so thankful and I will be scheduling a consultation for laser hair removal in my near future. They are affordable and they exhibit quality care! Pauline

Make sure you go in with someone for the consultation and compare prices and reviews before you go. I have been here for 3 years and still have not gotten full results, 3k and many painful treatments later, it's not what I expected and it was expensive. I did not feel too comfortable here. One recent time, I came in for a treatment and there was a fire emergency in the building. Only half my treatment was done and the lady was like "we have to go, don't need to rush, but don't take your sweet time either." I asked her outside what we were going to about the treatment and she said she would call me to reschedule which did not happen. I had to follow up with them.

I received a Groupon from a family member for a microdermabrasion from American Laser Skincare and never got to use it. After calling all last week and this week with no answer I started reading more of the reviews for this business. I have come to the conclusion that the "no answer" telephone etiquette is a norm and the business does not update their holiday hours accordingly. I received a call back finally today and tried to call back however again I received no answer to my call. After experiencing this I asked my family member if they could trade in my Groupon. Luckily we were able to so I took my business elsewhere. From a business perspective it is really horrible to turn away business due to a lack of answering the business telephone. Thanks but no thanks.
