My daughter introduced me to Jamia and Obi who have transformed our skin care. Facials, Peels, Micro-needling, we have tried them all. Their knowledge and care have upped our skincare regimen. Monisola is the best, hands down! She makes the entire laser process so easy and comfortable. She’s patient, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’ve had such great results and always leave feeling taken care of. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Poor customer service. Lack of empathy and accountability! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this facility. During a laser treatment, Ilene had issue operating the machine and I sustained a burn that left visible damage to my face. The rest of the treatment had to be postponed. Rather than taking accountability, or showing empathy, or working collaboratively toward a resolution, Moni spoke to me in a very defensive manner and did everything to avoid responsibility. When clients trust a provider with their skin, they expect not only competent treatment but also professionalism and integrity if something goes wrong. My experience fell far short of that expectation and not only am I disappointed by a provider that doesn’t care, I also have to deal with the scar on my face. Update following owner’s response: I find it disappointing that your response attempts to conflate two separate events. I did not become dissatisfied because of an outstanding balance or a refund discussion. In fact, the possibility of a refund for unused services arose in a separate conversation and was not the basis of my complaint. You had the time to draft a public response to my review, yet you still have not acknowledged or addressed the injury itself. I will continue to document this matter and pursue the appropriate channels available to me. Instead of explaining what happened, acknowledging the injury, or outlining the steps taken to investigate whether it resulted from equipment failure or operator error you chose to focus on an unrelated conversation about unused services.

I’ve been going to Obinne at Anumee Aesthetics for facial hair removal and I’ve been getting amazing results! It has also helped improve the dark marks on my face. She makes every session feel so easy and relaxing. I absolutely love my experience and the results so far! Highly recommend 💛
