Bad Ink Laser Clinic

I feel like I’m hanging out with my friends each time I’m at Bad Ink getting laser removal on one of my tattoos. At this stage, I go in every 10 weeks. It’s a long process…as Erich told me at our first appointment. Removals require patience. Erich is like the coolest science teacher we all wished we had in school. He understands — and can perfectly explain—the physiological/biological process of how laser removal works in a human body. Ink particles need to be broken down in stages, and then the body needs time to absorb and eliminate those tiny particles. Erich is so easy to talk to, to like, to feel safe with. As is Abby, who is always in the room with me, prepping the tattoo site, getting things ready, directing air on the site as Erich lasers away. Both are friendly, calming, personable, professional, and all around great folks. Laser removal isn’t painless. I happen to have a high threshold for pain. But for people with average/low thresholds, they’ve got you. You’re in excellent hands. My tattoo is slowly fading, disappearing. It’s going to take time, and I’m good with that, because I genuinely love being at Bad Ink.

From day one, Eric, Abby, and Sarah have made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. They’re not only incredibly skilled, but they’re also some of the kindest people you’ll meet. What I appreciate most is how much they educate me throughout the process. They take the time to explain how my body heals, how my skin type affects treatment, and what I can do to get the best results. I never feel rushed or like I’m asking too many questions—they truly want you to understand your treatment and feel confident every step of the way. The clinic has such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. There’s always laughter, great conversations, and good vibes, which makes every visit enjoyable. You can tell this team genuinely loves what they do, and that energy carries over into how they care for every client. I had seen them for a while and I couldn’t be happier with them and the results. The staff is very friendly and professional. The process itself is painful but they make it very easy with words of encouragement. Whenever my session is done I feel like a champ 😌 They have 2 convenient locations in Alexandria and Falls Church. Both clinics are very welcoming and nice. I highly recommend getting your tattoos removed at Bad Ink! They are the best!

I've been coming to Bad Ink Laser Clinic for 3 years and just had my last session today. The experience is always 10/10, so much so that I flew in for my tattoo removal for the majority of it. I could not recommend this team more, especially with the incredible results I have gotten on a fairly large tattoo removal on my lower stomach. If I ever decide to remove anything else I will definitely be making the trip back to see them.
