My experience was absolutely amazing! Teresa, the coordinator, was hands down the BEST. The level of customer service I received was unmatched from start to finish. Before I even arrived, I received a call from Elizabeth, the anesthesiologist, and she was amazing, so personable, and made me feel comfortable right away. Once I arrived and met the staff in person, they were exactly what I expected — TOP-TIER service! I met Brandy, my nurse, who was such a sweetheart, and Dr. Santiago, who was absolutely awesome as well. Everyone made me feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience.
