I cancelled my appointment A MONTH IN ADVANCE and somehow theyve tried to charge my card 4 times. I spoke with a man who I can assume is the manager or owner and he was less than helpful. HE ASSURED ME MY CANCELLATION WAS ACCEPTED AND THAT I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED. Yet theyve attempted more than 5 times now. Your lasers and techniques doesn't align with my needs and I figured I could part ways and leave the experience in the past but obviously I need to speak up. THIS IS STEALING. Leave me and my card alone
