A lot of changes at Bay dermatology. I had an appointment for months. I went to the appointment n when I arrived I was asked if I received a "call". I said no, regarding what exactly. Oh we are no longer taking your insurance. I asked when this occurred and was told in March. My appt was in July and no one notified me. I was completely shocked after being with this practice at over 20 years. Dr. Miller was phenomenal but he no longer sees patients for exams, only surgeries. 😢
It’s always a pleasure to go to Bay Dermatology. Dr. Krutchik has been our doctor for the last 26 years and is bittersweet to know that he is retiring. He is definitely going to be missed and will be difficult to replace. There aren’t a lot of doctors out there that have great personality like him and great bedside manners. But overall the clinic it’s a great clinic with great staff as well, Joshua is also an amazing Tech. We highly recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Clarissa, Alex and the office staff are so nice! I haven’t been to a dermatologist in many years, so I was a little worried. They just kept reiterating how happy they were that I was there. It was a very positive experience and I look forward to seeing them, every 6 months.
I like the representative at the window very cool person. I like Joseph the gentleman that prepared me to see the doctor. Very nice person I llike the doctor. She was cheerful Jolly and very professional. She was quite delightful.
