Beauty By Michelle: Med Spa & Skin Clinic

Ladies be aware and inform yourself first! I unfortunately left my appointment feeling more overwhelmed and stressed than when I arrived. I originally booked a $160 acne facial and was told during my appointment that I needed a chemical peel. As a first-time client, the way everything was explained was very confusing. Terms like “Arum Combo” and package pricing were mentioned, but I did not clearly understand that the peel would be an additional $200. I wish I had simply been asked, “This will be an additional $200. Would you like to proceed?” I also felt pressured to purchase an entirely new Avène skincare routine and detox teas because I was told my hormonal acne needed to be addressed “from within.” Unfortunately, I don’t like the products and wish I could return them. I think offering a small post-peel sample kit would be much better than having clients purchase a whole new skincare line before knowing if the products work for them. I was also offered a three-month treatment plan for approximately $1,450 and told that “good skincare isn’t a luxury, it’s hygiene.” I understand skincare treatments can be expensive, but not everyone can afford that. I went in hoping for a relaxing experience and instead left feeling pressured to spend much more than I expected. I just wish the pricing, treatments, and products had been explained more clearly and presented as choices rather than necessities.

If you’re looking for a med spa with cutting-edge treatments, professionalism, and great customer service, I would honestly recommend this place. Yesterday, me and my husband went there to celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary, and I had a really great experience from start to finish. The space was very clean, smelled wonderful, and everything was well put together. They have advanced equipment, and everything felt organized and easy to navigate. Every room also had its own theme, which was a nice touch. The staff was warm and attentive. They even brought out a beautiful vintage-style tray with coffee for my husband, which was thoughtful and added to the experience. Michelle did my AstroDome Oxygen Facial and she was very professional. She walked me through each step and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process comfortable. My skin came out smooth, hydrated, and glowing. I can really see and feel the difference. Thank you to Michelle, Diana, and the entire staff for the care and attention throughout our visit. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share this experience!

Im really happy with my treatment , Michelle is awesome ! She took her time with me , i would say even extra time . I did a facial with PRP and the entire process was done perfectly. Lourdes is supper sweet and gentle, it was a pleasure being there , i felt pampered by all of the girls . I can’t wait for my final results . Thank you so much for your kindness Michelle , you are a true professional and an amazing person as well. I’ll be back !!!!

I highly recommend this spa! The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive, and they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve had several treatments here, including chemical peels, laser treatments, facials, and Dermapen, and I’ve been very happy with my experience every time. They take their time, explain the treatments, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. If you’re looking for a professional and welcoming spa, this is definitely the place to go!
