I had the best experience at Bella Bliss Med Spa such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Rachel and Leah are absolutely amazing and truly know what they’re doing. They walked me through my entire appointment and made me feel completely comfortable. Leah is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and takes her time . I never felt rushed. They work so well together and make an amazing team. I love my results and am so excited to come back for more treatments. I’ve finally found my perfect med spa!
First time ever getting any sort of treatment and I went in for the Tox Bundle. The entire team was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Leah walked me through everything we were treating and why. She did so in a very knowledgeable manner. Rachel has also been very helpful with pre and post appointment questions that I’ve had. I’m really looking forward to my results!
I had a great first time experience with Bella Bliss today. I had microneedling with exosomes done with NP Leah. The office is aesthetic, clean, and modern. Rachel was friendly, communicative from scheduling to aftercare, and helpful in her recommendations. I also loved how it was a comprehensive visit because they used a skin analysis machine to objectively see specific skin issues we could improve upon. Leah has great bedside manner and made the experience very comfortable and relaxing. I felt like I was in great and safe hands given her clinical background and training. I can't wait for my next session which I have already booked!
I went there for Moxi laser from Groupon. I had consultation with Rachel, I don’t know how knowledgeable she is, according to their website, her background was in communication and education. She then put numbing cream on my face without cleaning it, after 40 minutes, Leah the nurse came in with the machine and cleaned my face. I don’t know how she did the machine setting without looking at face before numbing. It’s been more than a month, I don’t see any results. The wait time for numbing was longer than consultation + treatment. The environment felt like home not clinic, they didn’t wear scrub/professional attire. Kids were doing homework there, no front desk to check in, all paper work was done by Rachel’s phone. There was hair on exam chair, not sure if they sanitized the room after each patient. I couldn’t recommend it.
