BEWARE: Paid for Juvederm Voluma but Received a Different Product Instead I purchased a Groupon specifically for Juvederm Voluma for my chin filler. Before booking, I called the clinic and clearly told them I wanted Juvederm Voluma. When I arrived for my appointment, I mentioned it again. They also had my Groupon voucher, so they knew exactly which treatment I had purchased. The procedure went ahead without anyone telling me they were using a different filler. It wasn’t until after the injection that I found out they had injected Revanesse Lips instead of Juvederm Voluma. When I questioned them, they tried to blame me, saying, “If you didn’t mention Juvederm, how were we supposed to know?” That response was shocking because I did mention it twice, and they already had my Groupon order clearly stating the product I had paid for. What upset me the most wasn’t just receiving a different filler—it was that they never asked for my consent before switching products. If Juvederm Voluma wasn’t available, they should have told me before the treatment and given me the choice to reschedule, receive a refund, or decide whether I wanted a different filler. Instead, they made that decision for me. After I got home, I looked through their Google reviews and found that other customers have reported similar experiences of paying for one filler but receiving another. Seeing those reviews made me realize this may not have been an isolated mistake. Additionally, during my initial phone call, they told me I didn’t need to purchase through Groupon and that they could adjust the price for me directly. I’m glad I chose to purchase through Groupon because it gave me proof that I specifically requested Juvederm Voluma. I can only imagine that clients who followed their suggestion and didn’t have that proof may have had a harder time disputing similar situations. Juvederm Voluma and Revanesse Lips are different products designed for different purposes. If I paid for Juvederm Voluma, that’s what I expected to receive. Switching to another product without informing the patient is simply unacceptable. I left feeling misled and disappointed. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here ask to see the sealed box and syringe before the injection, confirm the exact product being used, and never assume you’re receiving what you paid for just because it’s listed on your booking （Instead of questioning my identity publicly, I believe the more important issue is why a patient who purchased Juvederm Voluma received a completely different filler without being informed or asked for consent. You questioned whether I was your customer because I used a different display name. However, I even posted a photo taken inside your treatment room. You know exactly where that photo was taken, and you know it was taken during my appointment at your clinic.

I have been going to Bella Derm for laser hair removal for several years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Their work is absolutely phenomenal, and I have always been extremely happy with my results. What really sets Bella Derm apart is how much they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable. Everyone is incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They take their time, make sure you are at ease throughout the treatment, and always provide excellent service. After being a client for several years, I can confidently say that their quality and professionalism have remained consistently outstanding. I highly recommend Bella Derm to anyone considering laser hair removal. They truly go above and beyond for their clients!

I booked my lip filler appointment for 7/30/2026. I drove 20 min, and showed up on time. I was told that there was no injector available that day and I had to come back the following day. While it was frustrating, I've decided to rebook an appointment for 7/31 instead of canceling my Groupon voucher. I asked if the filler quantity I purchased would be adequate for my needs. I was reassured that the amount I purchased on Groupon would be sufficient for subtle results. The next day, I explained to the injector — Olga, that I wanted very subtle results, just to replenish some lost volume in my lower lip. I emphasized that I did not want to have an unnatural look. Olga must have misunderstood because she didn't follow my instructions and injected most of the product into my upper lip, causing a lot of bleeding, swelling, and bruising. By the time she moved down to my bottom lip, she ran out of the product. She said, "Oops, that's it" and asked me if I wanted to purchase more filler. I declined, but after seeing uneven distribution and very unappealing results, I asked her to fix it. I am not sure if she did this on purpose to coerce me into buying more product or if she misunderstood my instructions. Regardless, I was charged an extra $125 to fix Olga's mistake. The immediate results were very disappointing, and I was very dissatisfied, but I was told by the manager and technician that in a week or two it would look better, and I'd be happy with the results. After one week, my lips are still disfigured — a large upper lip with a small lower lip full of lumps and bumps. I reached out to the merchant and requested a refund for an extra $125 (on top of what I paid with Groupon). I was charged for Olga's mistake. I was told that I would not receive it. I was invited to come in for a follow-up visit, during which the manager offered to dissolve the filler, it cost me almost $300 in total. But after such a negative experience, I did not feel comfortable returning. I would not recommend Bella Derma with their "bait and switch" approach, unprofessional and unskilled staff and zero accountability for bad service. Dismissing dissatisfied customers is not a good strategy to promote and grow a business. This was my first and last time at Bella Derma Boca Raton.

I had my first-ever microneedling (PRP) session at Bella Derma on Wednesday and had a fantastic experience! My aesthetician, Jess, was amazing — super personable and she made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m already so happy with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
