FINALLY, A luxury med spa service in the far south suburbs! Susana was amazing. Her attention to detail and customized services are just what I needed. This was my first med spa experience And I’m glad it was here. Susana took the time to explain each step of the Dermaplaning process and the benefits. The service moved at a relaxing pace and I never felt rushed. Her facility is beautifully, arranged, clean, and orderly. I will definitely be returning with friends and family.
Susana is amazing! Came in for lip filler and she asked what I was looking for and gave me just that! She is so detailed in what she does! Would definitely recommend. She offers so many other services that she took the time to explain the benefits to and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be returning for other services!
Bella Medical and Esthetics is a very clean and well-organized facility. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. Susana, the owner, took the time to thoroughly explain each step, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident in the services provided. Her professionalism and knowledge truly stood out. I highly recommend Bella Medical and Esthetics.
I went in today for a weight loss consult. The office was very clean and well put together! Ms. Ortega was fantastic from making me feel welcome and not rushed to explaining all of the information about the weight loss program. She also explained how we could customize it specifically for me! She took the time to make sure I felt welcome, comfortable, and truly heard/understood. I am eager to go back next month to show her my progress!!
