I came for the $79 jawline lift promotion, after an intense selling of the package I signed a contract with Biolift Medical Spa for face and body treatments with manager Emilly Zenteno. While the benefits were explained, I was never fully informed about how the treatments would be performed, how painful they could be or the grade of discomfort I will feel. Before signing, I clearly disclosed that I suffer from fibromyalgia to this “manager” I started treatment very hopeful, but every session caused severe pain, first day they applied a machine to my waist and I felt that they broke my ribs! immediately I told them to remove it but the pain was with me for more than a month, that’s why I had to visit my pain management doctor who on top of the medicines also prescribed to completely stop this treatments. By the third treatment, I informed the staff and manager that I could not continue because the pain was unbearable. When I expressed my concerns and requested to speak with the manager, she was never available in person. The only way to communicate with her was through phone calls arranged by the office. During those 2 conversations, I explained that I could not continue the treatments due to the extreme pain they caused and Instead of discussing a reasonable solution, I was repeatedly told that canceling the contract was not possible: I was told that if I stopped treatment, the cost of the three sessions I had already received would be recalculated at a much higher rate, leaving me responsible for an amount that made no sense compared to the original package. Since I could not continue the treatments, I filed a dispute with Cherry, the financing company. After weeks of back and forth, I only received a partial refund, even though my goal was simply to cancel the treatments I am unable to receive. All this time and I still have the same problem: they don’t want to cancel the contract even though they know I can not receive any treatment at all !! I want to give them less than a one star, my experience was very disappointing. I felt that my medical condition and concerns were not taken seriously. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that the business was more focused on keeping my money than on caring for a patient who was unable to continue treatment due to severe pain.

I had a great experience with Emilly for cryo sculpting and non-invasive body contouring. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Emilly explained everything clearly and customized the session to fit my goals and needs. The treatment was relaxing and I’m already noticing great results with skin tightening and contouring. If you’re looking for effective, non-invasive body sculpting, Emilly is your girl. I highly recommend her!
