I've had two Mohs procedures at Braun dermatology and both experiences have been great. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Waiting room is comfortable but I wasn't in it very long because appointments were on time. Dr Braun is kind and personable and quite skilled as my scars are minimal. I highly recommend Braun for Mohs and overall dermatological care!
I have been going to Braun Dermatology in Washington, DC for the past three years, and I highly recommend them. The entire team is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to every concern I have, address each one thoughtfully, and make sure I fully understand, never rushing the process. Dr. Brooks and her team are always amazing, professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. It is rare to find a practice where you feel this heard and cared for at every visit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality dermatologic care in DC.
The office was very new/clean feeling, and the front desk staff were kind even though I was late (it was a bit confusing to find in the new area of the Kingstowne Village, but will be easy to get to now that I know where it is). Unfortunately I didn't get the doctor's name who saw me, but she was extremely professional and took her time on my skin check - she explained everything as she went and was very calm, reassuring. She said their office always follows up on testing which I appreciate. It was much more "medical" dermatology than I've experienced other places, who rush appointments and have ads up for Botox (ahem, Anne Arundel) - that's just not what I'm looking for personally, and this feels like the staff actually cared about my health.
I had a very positive experience at this office. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, creating a comfortable environment. Dr. Zetta was thorough and took the time to clearly explain my situation. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything. After reviewing my lab results, she explained the next steps in a clear and reassuring way. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I received.
