Front desk staff and doctors are super friendly. Shannon Del Grande is fabulous!! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the routine yearly skin check. Checking in and out is quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist!
I don’t normally enjoy leaving bad reviews but I hope the person who did this gets some kind of talk to. Yesterday 7/22 I called in the morning to get a refill on my prescription, I talked to the Chester county office and they sent my prescription to the Collegeville location. I was on my way to the Collegeville location and was nervous I would show up before they left at their scheduled time which is stated on google as “5pm”. I called at 445 asking just to make sure they were going to still be there if I got there right before 5. The girl on the phone said and I quote “we are kind of trying to get out of here” I’m sorry, but you are getting paid to do a job until 5 pm as stated online, and if you didn’t want me to show up before closing then you should have stated that on the phone. I told this girl I would be there by 455, I actually arrived at 450, and she had left. After I told her I’d be there before they close. This girl also saw me waiting at the door and was getting in to her car as soon as I got into the parking lot. So she had decided not to wait a single minute after I had got off the phone with her and was asking her to basically stay until her scheduled work time. She was not planning on staying or waiting for me. I did not ask for her to stay after 5 I just wanted to go in and get my prescription BEFORE they closed. I found this girl to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She also lied and said she saw no prescription in the system, which the girl I talked to and complained to about this situation confirmed my prescription was sent to Collegeville. You can now cancel my prescription because I will NOT be coming back here. Overall the girl I talked to wanted no part of staying until her scheduled time, answered the phone with an attitude, and had a problem clearly. Not the type of person who should be working on phone calls.
Have been in a couple times, haven’t been disappointed yet. Have seen two separate providers and they typically run on time. Appreciate their matter-of-fact attitude, office cleanliness, and pleasant, well put together staff. Highly recommend.
Waited less than 5 minutes for the appt. I love that. Rae identified my status and we set up a follow up appt for later this year. All good - very happy with status.
