I had a great experience with Dr. Sergio Gaitan and would highly recommend him. He’s super friendly, attentive, and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The treatments have been quick, surprisingly painless, and very easy overall. I’ve also been really happy with the results so far. The whole experience feels very professional but also relaxed and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Certified Cosmetics Dermatology and Laser in West Kendall. Dr. Gaitan and his team (Marley Gaitan and Kassandra) are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He has hoped me with my acne, and it is rare to find the board certified dermatologist who specializes in laser treatment, so I am happy to have found this practice. The office is beautiful and the staff is attentive. If you are looking for a cosmetic dermatology clinic in Miami that specializes in melasma or acne then I highly recommend Certified Cosmetics Dermatology and Laser.

I had a wonderful experience today. Dr. Gaitan and Kassandra gave me a thorough consult, left me at ease with the treatment plan. Dr. Gaitan is incredibly knowledgeable about lasers and treatment/products in general. This is the first time a derm has addressed my concern and given me a printed out, detailed plan to take home with me. Since he has newer equipment and takes his time with the anesthetic everything is virtually painless, I felt amazing after. The whole process was smooth and relaxing. Glad I found CC Derm 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I spent approximately $6,000–$7,000 at this clinic on a series of three laser treatments specifically for my acne scars. Before starting, I was told that after completing the three treatments I would see results. Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars and completing all three, I saw essentially ZERO improvement in my acne scars. When I contacted the clinic because I was concerned about the lack of results, the solution offered to me was to try yet another type of laser. At that point, after already spending $6,000–$7,000 with no visible improvement, I was extremely uncomfortable continuing to spend more money trying different treatments. It made me feel like a test subject rather than a patient with a clear treatment plan. I specifically asked about CO2 laser treatment and was told that CO2 was not appropriate for me. Eventually, I decided to stop treatment here and went to a different clinic. What has been particularly frustrating is that the other clinic ultimately treated my acne scars with CO2 laser, and I am finally seeing visible improvement. I understand that no cosmetic procedure can guarantee identical results for every patient. However, when someone spends this amount of money based on the results they are told to expect, receiving essentially no improvement and then being offered additional treatments at further expense is incredibly disappointing. I lost thousands of dollars here before ultimately having to go somewhere else to get the improvement I had been seeking from the beginning. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for acne-scar laser treatment.
