I’ve been going to Cleo since the spring and just finished my 4th appointment. Alex is THE BEST! She explains the laser process and aftercare so clearly and is always easy to talk to throughout the session. I’ve seen great results so far and will definitely continue choosing Cleo for my laser hair removal!
This is just based on one laser treatment session. As a black woman, obviously my skin has to be treated different. Maddy did an amazing job on my neck! I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. In just one session, my neck hair growth has significantly slowed down!! I can slowly feel my confidence growing back. I did NOT have any problems afterwards either. I’m excited about my second session coming up ☺️! Will update this review as I continue treatment!
I’ve now had multiple sessions with Maddy at Cleo Skin and Laser and she has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me right away is how genuinely kind and easy she is to talk to. She takes the time to explain everything, answers all of your questions, and makes sure you feel comfortable before starting anything. You never feel rushed or overlooked—she’s very present with you. Tattoo removal can feel intimidating especially in the beginning, but Maddy makes it such a positive experience. She’s incredibly patient and supportive, which made a huge difference for me going into multiple sessions. And the results speak for themselves—I’m already seeing really noticeable fading and removal, which has honestly exceeded my expectations at this point in the process. Overall, I just feel like I’m in really good hands every time I go in. If you’re thinking about starting tattoo removal and want someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your experience, I would absolutely recommend Maddy.
Just finished my 2nd hair laser removal session (full legs). Very clean environment and the laser tech takes her time to work around my tattoo while trying to get as close as possible. Sessions don’t feel rushed and after care instructions are clear. I would definitely recommend!
