Esther is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about her work. She always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and informed, and she creates such a peaceful and relaxing experience every time I’m there. Tyrisha does an AMAZING job on my facials! In addition, she is extremely professional and sweet! Highly recommend her. The products at Deka Lash are very reasonably priced and so great for my skin.

I would give this a zero star as I was a Customer in the first time I had my eyelashes done. They were great. I went back had to go with a different tech and it looked like I barely had any eyelashes and they fell off within a few days, so I called and they gave me a hard time about coming back in, but then finally told me to come in for a full set with a different tech who did an awesome job. As I was there, I did cancel my monthly membership over the phone with the tech present and it was confirmed the membership was canceled so three months later I get $155 taken out of my account and when I call, they only thing they can offer me for their fraudulent. Actions is a gift card to come back to them. I had to file a dispute with my bank that they were fraudulent and wait 5 to 10 business days to get that money back. Their excuse as to why they couldn’t give me a check or put it back on my debit card is because my debit card that they had on file was inactive because I Had fraudulent charges on it a few months back and changed cars so they refused to give me my money back even on my new debit card because I’ve had fraud in the past. This sounds like something would be good for a lawyer to investigate on.

Let me start by saying, I am not much of a girly girl. However, I have been going through a season in my life that has been stressful and tiring, and my face was showing it. I didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror. I knew Tyrisha through church. I knew she worked at Dekalash and what Dekalash was about, but she was never pushy about services. That being said, one Sunday after service, I told her I needed to do something for myself and she right away said to please come in and see her. She made recommendations on the spot so I made an appointment a week later. I trusted her implicitly with my eyebrows. She asked me for some guidance but my direction was a little sketchy. I pretty much said, “just make them look good.” She responded, “I got you.” And boy, did she ever! I can’t believe what a proper tint and shaping can do! I feel like I got a facelift, literally! She also had recommended the Hydro glass facial. I’m not one for skin routines and fancy potions, but clearly this stuff is magic, lol. And for the price, I think the results are COMPLETELY worth it. I plan on seeing her every other month for upkeep. I haven’t felt this beautiful in a really long time. When I got home that evening, my husband and mother, who is extremely critical, said I looked fantastic. And I felt fantastic. (*: Tyrisha is a godsend. Never underestimate what a skilled and caring artist can do for your physical and emotional well-being. Seriously, go see her.
