I genuinely really like this practice and have had great experiences with the providers, which is why it’s disappointing that nearly every interaction I’ve had with the front desk has been unpleasant. One staff member in particular consistently comes across as rude, confrontational, and unnecessarily difficult to communicate with. At my most recent visit, I was told I could not proceed without immediately paying a balance, and the way the situation was handled felt incredibly disrespectful and uncomfortable. I completely understand that the office has billing policies and have no issue being informed of them, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those policies to patients. It would be really nice to walk into a medical office and receive a warm, welcoming greeting rather than feeling anxious about what kind of interaction you’re going to have at the front desk. Patients shouldn’t feel intimidated or like they’re about to be confronted every time they come in for an appointment. A little kindness and understanding can make such a difference, especially in a healthcare setting. I really hope management addresses the way patients are spoken to at the front desk, because the clinical care here has otherwise been great. It’s unfortunate that repeated negative interactions at check-in can overshadow an otherwise positive experience with the practice.
Just had mohs surgery with Dr. Saxena. She was amazing! I usually see Charlie. He is the best! Everyone, including the office staff and all the assistants are phenomenal! Very kind, caring, and professional! I highly recommend this practice!
It was a wonderful experience! the office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Once in the treatment room, I was greeted by Angel was was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and is very good at what he does. Dr. David Kasper is an amazing dermatologist. He explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with the care I was given. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Kasper for the excellent care.
Great experience today. Matt was wonderful and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!
